How we calculate our results

At Mobizze, we believe in accurate, verifiable, and transparent data. We explain in detail the methodology behind the automation and financial impact metrics presented throughout our website.

01

What counts as an automation?

We consider an "automation" to be any workflow, Artificial Intelligence agent, or system integration that executes specific or continuous processes without the need for manual human intervention. Examples include: automatic extraction of invoice data into the ERP, instant lead qualification in the CRM, or autonomous triage of support emails.

02

How many clients were analyzed?

The aggregated numbers are based on the analysis of over 45 B2B clients and more than 200 individual automation projects implemented by our engineering team and Mobizze's network of partner consultants in Portugal and abroad.

03

How is satisfaction calculated (98%)?

The 98% satisfaction rate derives directly from quality assessment surveys (CSAT and NPS) sent periodically to clients' operations managers after the first 90 days of project implementation, as well as the annual retention rate of support and maintenance contracts for our infrastructure.

04

What is the timeframe covered?

The presented metrics reflect the accumulated history and continuous monitoring of our implemented projects between January 2024 and the current quarter of 2026, ensuring that the data reflects the capabilities of the latest versions of artificial intelligence models.

05

Does the data include group companies?

Yes. Our data includes measurements taken at partner and associated industrial companies — such as Portugal Textile and Portugal Shoes —, where our architectures were rigorously tested in a real manufacturing and commercial environment, as well as in dozens of external clients in industry, healthcare, and retail.

06

Measured vs. estimated results

Metrics from specific case studies (e.g., "80% less administrative work", "22% higher conversion") were directly measured and audited in operations before and after implementation. General metrics (e.g., "1,250+ hours saved" or "up to 50% less administrative work*") represent conservative estimates calculated by multiplying the volume of automated tasks by the previous average human execution time.
